2. Pursue Excellence in Your Work

Excellence is a form of Christian witness. Believers should not be known for mediocrity. We should be among the most dependable, diligent, trustworthy, and professional people in the marketplace. Scripture says: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” (Colossians 3:23) When your work consistently reflects excellence, people naturally ask what motivates you. Your answer becomes an opportunity to point them to Christ. Excellence gives credibility to your testimony.

3. Build Genuine Relationships

People rarely respond to a sales pitch, but they often respond to genuine care. Jesus spent time with people. He listened. He served. He showed compassion. In the marketplace, faith-sharing often begins with authentic relationships. Take time to: Listen to people, learn their stories, understand their struggles, celebrate their victories, offer encouragement.

People are more willing to hear about your faith when they know you genuinely care about them. Faith travels best across the bridge of relationship.

4. Let Compassion Create Opportunities

Many people in the marketplace are carrying burdens that others cannot see. Some are struggling with: Family problems, Financial pressures, Health challenges, fear, anxiety, loneliness, and discouragement. When you show compassion, God often creates opportunities for spiritual conversations. Sometimes a simple question can open a door: “How can I pray for you?”Many people who would never enter a church are surprisingly open to prayer when facing difficult circumstances. Compassion often prepares the soil for the Gospel.

5. Share Your Personal Testimony

You do not need a theology degree to share your faith. One of the most powerful tools God has given you is your personal testimony. Tell people: What your life was like before Christ, how you came to know Him, how He has transformed your life and What He continues to do today. Your story is difficult to argue against because it is your experience.As the blind man whom Jesus healed declared: “One thing I do know. I was blind, but now I see!” (John 9:25). People may debate doctrine, but they cannot deny a transformed life
